About Us

The Professional Writing Group brings a unique fusion of academic expertise and real-world experience to written communications.

We are faculty in the Professional Writing Program at the University of Maryland, responsible for teaching post-academic writing to more than 5,000 students every year.

We are also communications experts working throughout the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Our associates include professional writers, editors, journalists, attorneys, document design and production specialists, and information architects.

We understand the goals of clients in both the public and private sectors, and we know how to advance those goals.
